NES GmbH is an engineering company that specialises in the design and construction of biogas plants. Our team of experts have over ten years of experience in the design and development of biogas plants, with many of them pioneering the production of renewable energy via anaerobic digestion. We specialise in the development of biogas plants that convert food waste into renewable biogas. We also have significant expertise in the design of plants that utilise animal slurries and silage (NAWAROs) to produce biogas for various purposes. Our scope of supply in this area encompasses smaller anaerobic digestion plants (150 kWel) to large energy parks that upgrade biogas to bio-methane for the natural gas distribution grids. As an independent engineering company we are not committed to the use of equipment from just one specific supplier. We can select the very best components available which have been proven worldwide, to produce processes that benefit the customer rather than the supplier. Our clients, therefore, have the most to gain in utilising our services, whether they are farmers, industry, energy suppliers or local authorities. The company’s British and German shareholders established the business because one group wanted to be an independent supplier of the best solutions available, whilst the other group wanted to find the best solutions for their needs.
